DESMADRE ORKESTA

Desmadre Orkesta is an Argentine band blending Balkan brass, Latin American rhythms, swing, and Argentine influences into an energetic, vibrant sound. Founded in 2013 in Buenos Aires, they tour internationally and have released three albums. In 2025, they added a female lead vocalist and are now preparing a new live show for an international tour in 2026.

The JAZZ OPEN STAGES have long since become an integral part of the festival: an admission-free concerts at attractive venues in the middle of the city, which is co-sponsored by the City of Stuttgart. The stages are located in the StadtPalais - Museum for Stuttgart, in the Music Pavilion around the Schlossplatz, in the St. Eberhard Cathedral Church, as well as in the Art Museum and are played on several days.
