Mariah Carey has taken 19 songs to the top of the Billboard Hot 100, more than any other solo artist. With around 200 million albums sold, she is the best-selling female artist of all time. In 1991 she won her first two Grammys for Vision of Love, and she has five in total. Her 1994 Christmas classic All I Want for Christmas Is You has held the record for the most weeks at No. 1 on the Hot 100 since December 2025. Here for It All, her 16th studio album and her first in seven years, followed in September 2025. MTV honoured her with the Video Vanguard Award that year, MusiCares named her Person of the Year in January 2026, and she sang alongside Andrea Bocelli at the opening ceremony of the Winter Olympics in Milan and Cortina. An expanded edition of Glitter followed in October 2026, marking the album's 25th anniversary. At the Jazz Open, she performs at the Schlossplatz.
